Immersed in nature of the Tuscan hillsides, the Guest House of the Roof Design Villa is about 40 meters from the main property known as The Roof Design Villa and it too clings to a hill of white Carrara marble like The Roof Den Villa.
The whole property (Villa and Guet House) has been awarded one of the most ecological and exceptional homes in Italy by TV channel “National Geographic” on the show “Case più verde d’Italia”
The panoramic view of Lucca from the Guest House and from the pool are just extraordinary.
This Guest House is laid out over three floors and is composed of a fully-equipped open-style kitchen,
Living and dining room area on the main floor, two bedrooms and bathroom on the lower level and a
master bedroom with bathroom and sitting room on the upper level. The Guest House offers a private patio
area to enjoy outdoor dining, additional patio off the main level for entertaining and another area where
to enjoy a beautiful view of the city lights of Lucca and its surroundings from a heated and lit outdoor
tub.
During the season, guests staying at this Guest House can also enjoy sharing with the owner the
swimming pool of the main property, which is an infinity pool that is 26 meters long and
has a depth of 1.20 meters with a Jacuzzi.
