La Coloniale is a luxury villa rentals in Sorrento, Amalfi Coast. The villa is located in Sorrento’s historic city center, in a typical street, which interconnects Sorrento’s places of historical and cultural significance.

This magnificent Villa is situated only a short walking distance from the bustling city centre and the main square, in the most exclusive residential area of Sorrento.

In 2009 the family owners decided to turn the villa for rent.
 The property is at walking distance from the shops and restaurant of the town of Sorrento, and It is about 1 km. far from the beach.


The Villa is over 450 square meters and it develops over several different levels.
 The garden of about 280 sqm. with swimming pool and pool area with sun beds, tables and chairs leads to the main entrance: on the left you will find the spacious lounge, study, dining-room and music rooms.
 On the right of the entrance you will find the rustic area with the kitchen, dining-room, lounge area one double bedroom with en-suite shower and WC.
