Lady Bouganvillea is at 800 metres from the beach called ‘Spiaggia degli Inglesi’. Facing the sea from a distance, it covers 2,500 square metres which includes patios, verandas, and terraced gardens decorated with palms, bougainvillea and other kind of flowers. 

This stylish villa is found in one of the most residential areas of the island. It is immersed in the greenery of a lush hillside, which although shared with other villas, still ensures your privacy.

Lady Bouganvillea has been built with an excellent outdoor area: the kitchen has direct access to the furnished portico for dining and next to it is the elegantly furnished patio with sofa. 

One side of the swimming pool is situated in front of the two patios, and the other side enjoys the sea views. 

Inside the villa all the rooms are spacious and well furnished, with a stunning panorama looking out toward the sea.
