Trullo Luce

TRULLO LUCE is a luxury villa rental located in Puglia, just 40 minutes from Brindisi, and about half hour from the main beach (only 24 km).

This Trullo is located in an agricultural land of about 2 hectares of olive grove and almond grove.

The trullo consists of 7 cones and other rooms for a covered area of 180 square meters:

The trulli can accommodate 6 adults plus a child.
The entrance leads directly into a charming living room with a stone fireplace, in front of which a small sofa and original poufs create a pleasant atmosphere; on the right side an alcove houses a dining table around which are arranged some design armchairs, which add a touch of color to the environment; in the alcove on the left,
on the other hand, the kitchen has been organized. From the living area you enter, through a characteristic arch in stone, the 2 suites.
The Master suite consists of a main alcove with a king-size bed and two adjoining alcoves, finely furnished; one of these is an integral part of the bedroom, being a reading corner; the other, on the left side, houses a wardrobe room with a single bed.
The Junior suite is equipped with a double bed and leads to an adjacent relaxation area, equipped with sauna with shower and a fully equipped fitness corner.

Next to 2 of the suites, 2 bathrooms with shower complete the main body.

Located in the back of the trulli, the annex can accommodate 2 adults plus a child. It enjoys a direct view of the swimming pool and is composed of a small covered veranda, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with king-size bed and a single bedroom.
In order to guarantee our guests total privacy, we agree to book the entire property (i.e. both trulli and dependance) or only the trulli area.

A welcoming and refined stone veranda, framed by large windows, enjoys a contemporary view of the swimming pool and the entrance garden. Attached to the trulli, but independent from these, it is furnished with a large dining table, a wood-burning stove with an antique flavor that heats the environment, a wood-burning oven and a kitchen equipped with every comfort. To complete the atmosphere, a comfortable conversation area organized on characteristic stone walls.

5.40 X 10 mt external private swimming pool and has a height ranging from 1.20 to 1.70 ml.(open from May to October) with shallow end.

In the third outdoor bathroom there is a washing machine, with related tools for a domestic laundry. In one of the 3 internal roads of the property a zone for bocce field has been set up.

Wifi and air conditioning, double kitchen (one inside with induction plates), the other in covered veranda area, with oven and dishwasher.

There are also two typical wood-burning ovens and a barbeque in the bar area.
