Villa 77 has several floors:
On the ground floor there is a large living area-dining room with satellite TV, a fireplace, a corner bar, a large kitchen, an office room and a toilette, while in the outside area, guests of Villa 77 will find a pergola with tables, chairs and a wooden oven, perfect to prepare the typical Neapolitan pizza!
On the first floor there are 5 of the 6 bedrooms and a beautiful terrace, which, besides offering a breathtaking view, has a small charming pool with hydro massage for those who love to relax. The terrace connects also the villa to a fully equipped gym with sauna.
On the second floor there is another bedroom with a terrace at exclusive use, a service room, a laundry and a service terrace.
On the lower terrace there is a swimming pool with indoor whirlpool, a large solarium with sun beds, umbrellas, tables and chairs, an outdoor shower and a dressing room with a small bathroom.
The Villa features 6 bedrooms for a maximum 12 people. All rooms have private bathroom, air conditioning/heating, TV, Wi-Fi connection, safe and every kind of comfort.
