Villa DOMUS

Villa DOMUS consists of three uniquely designed units that develop horizontally on the hillside blending with the local landscape without disturbing it. The villa overlooks the sea of Chia. Each unit, which is partially independent, has specific dimensions and characteristics, but what they all have in common are the minimalist design architectural elements and the very well cared for furnishings. Indeed, each boasts fully equipped kitchens, living-dining areas and terraces, but they all share a pool and garden. The two larger units have four double bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms. The smaller unit has one double bedroom and one bathroom with shower.

The two largest units are almost identical and each have a spacious, open plan living and dining area, with direct access to the semi-covered veranda through floor to ceiling glass sliding doors, creating an extension of the living area.

The small unit is located in between the other two units and consists of a spacious open living and dining room with built in kitchen, with direct access to the terrace and garden and with sea view.

ground level three double bedrooms (for each unit) with built in cabinets, each with en-suite shower room, great sea view and overlooking the garden and pool area

lower level: one double bedroom (for each unit), shower room and separate laundry room

Small Unit:

ground level one double bedroom, built in closets, spacious shower room.

Fully equipped open-space kitchen (in all three units).

All ground level bedrooms, living rooms and kitchens (a, b, c) have floor to ceiling glass sliding doors, overlook the garden/pool and have sea view.
