Once all the windows have been opened, the living room joins the adjacent terrace, creating an even larger and brighter space. This fusion creates an atmosphere of freedom and relaxation, perfect for enjoying the summer or to enjoy a glass of wine at sunset listening to your favorite music through our bluetooth system.

The kitchen is a place of refinement and functionality, designed to satisfy every culinary needs. Furnished with style, it has modern and high-quality appliances, including an induction hob, a multifunction oven, a microwave, separate food and drinks refrigerator, ice machine, wine fridge, wash basin , espresso and American coffee machine.

The four lake view rooms offer a luxurious experience in contact with nature. Each of the rooms is equipped with a private ensuite bathroom to ensure maximum privacy and comfort.

All the 4 bedrooms offer the necessary amenities for a pleasant and comfortable stay. They are stylishly furnished and feature comfortable king size beds, air conditioning, a smart flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi and a private bathroom with shower. Relax and enjoy your stay in comfort and tranquility.

The terrace, which develops along all the forms of the villa (for about 140 sqm), offers from every angle a different perspective of the magnificent surrounding landscape, creating a variety of suggestive and enchanting views offering guests the opportunity to experience the atmosphere of the place from different angles.

To admire is the beautiful infinity pool in all its forms (35 sqm), immersed in the water we find comfortable deck chairs that allow you to enjoy an aperitif at sunset of the lake.
Adjacent to the pool there is a round heated Hot-Tub that can comfortably accommodate 6 people, perfect for a regenerating massage or a moment of pure relaxation after a day of sports.
An exclusive sauna overlooking Lake Como. Thanks to the six seats, it is perfect for sharing moments of relaxation surrounded by a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The high quality wood gives the sauna a touch of elegance, while the panoramic window offers a breathtaking view of the lake, helping to create an atmosphere of serenity and tranquility.
The gym is a space of about 38 square meters dedicated to body care and the practice of physical activity.
