Villa Conte Manfredi

Villa Conte Manfredi is a luxury sea villa in Tuscany Coast , Italy.

A delightful farming house dating from 1800 that overlooks the Tyrrhenian Sea and the beautiful landscapes of Maremma, one of the best preserved and charming areas of the Tuscan coast.


The house has just undergone a major restoration and redecoration and it has first been re-inhabited in Summer 2011. 
Situated in the middle of 35 acres (15 hectares) of very private land, at the top of a hill with 360 degrees of breath-taking views.


Located in the Maremma, the coastal region of Tuscany, famous for its internationally renowned wines The Super-Tuscans (Sassicaia, Ornellaia, Guado al Tasso Antinori etc.) between Castagneto Carducci and Bolgheri .
12 minutes from a private access to the beach with privately owned huts, changing cabins, shower and sun beds.



The House

 Maximum occupancy of 12 or 13. Very spacious living room, with dining space for 10-12. 
Decorated with unique antique and contemporary furniture and objects.


The garden was designed by award winning garden designer Arabella Lennox-Boyd.
Spacious porch with two tables that sit comfortably 10 each (there is also a single table that can sit 12-14).

NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE:

Damage deposit – 5000 euros to be paid together with balance
Deposit for grocery – 1500 euros to be paid at arrival
Laundry service – 15 euros and hour
Grocery costs
€ 50,00/weekly will be added for fueling the car used for the shopping of the groceries.

For extra bed linen and/or towel changes we consider € 15,00/hour for the laundry (washing machine, dryer, ironing), same price for large personal laundry (no self-service of the laundry facilities).

The tourist tax is of € 1.50 per person per day and will need to be paid cash before departure.
