Villa Croce

Villa Croce, perched on top of Monte Santa Croce, is an example of impeccable restoration in an exceptional site. Perhaps the real name of the villa should be “the villa at the top of the world” thanks to an extraordinary location with a 360 ° view of the estate to which it belongs and Umbria. One of the most impressive villas on the estate, Villa Santa impresses with its refined interior design and its large infinity pool that seems to float above the Murlo valley.

Villa Croce can accommodate up to 6 people (3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms).
The villa is built on several floors. On the ground floor there is a large living room and a small bathroom. It follows the dining room and the fully equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher, oven, two fridges, microwave oven. Finally we find the laundry with washing machine, ironing board and iron. The living room and the dining room overlook a large paved patio where there is a small living room with armchairs and an outdoor sofa and a wrought iron table that can accommodate 8 people. From the kitchen there is also access to an outdoor area (on the north side of the villa) equipped with a table for 4 people suitable for having breakfast outside.
On the first floor we find the sleeping area, consisting of two king-size double bedrooms (2x2m), each with a large en-suite bathroom with shower and a king-size bedroom with four-poster bed (1.85 x 2 m) and a large en-suite bathroom with a shower. The bathrooms are all equipped with large showers.

To reach the villa there are 3 km of gravel road. Please note that the roads are in good condition but occasionally steep and with small stones and bumps (to prevent rain from ruining the road) like all country roads, so they are not suitable for low-altitude cars and sports cars. We usually recommend renting a 4×4 (just because driving would be more comfortable).
