– As soon as you enter the villa, you will be greeted by a huge living room with kitchen, relaxing sofas, fireplace area, Smart TV, WiFi and service bathroom.
– The main room is located on the ground floor and has a Super King Size bed, bathroom with Jacuzzi and large walk-in wardrobe.
– On the upper floor you will find all 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and Jacuzzi, a study area and a play and reading area.
– The whole house has five bathrooms a super king-size bed, three double beds and three single single beds
– The large furnished veranda is ideal for enjoying the immense greenery that surrounds you.
– Outside you will find the large in-ground swimming pool, the football and beach volleyball court, the gym and the changing room complete with sauna and large showers. For poolside meals there is a dedicated kitchen.
– If you have guests and want to give them privacy, you can have them stay in the Depandance with double bed and bathroom with shower and fully equipped kitchen.
– The villa is located less than 15 minutes by car from the heart of the city of Perugia
