Villa Lilla is a world-renowned luxury villa located in Praiano (Positano), Italy and features breathtaking ocean views, overlooking Positano to Capri. Guests experience unobstructed views of the Tyrrhenian Sea and the Amalfi Coast, a panorama which must be experienced to be fully appreciated.

The main villa sleeps 12

entrance hall, spacious living-dining room suitable for 24 people with ocean views, fireplace, and French doors leading to panoramic terrace, 2 sofas, and SKY TV.
bedroom 1 queen bed (152 cmx203.5cm), fireplace, furnished terrace access.
bedroom 2 double bed (134.5cmx190.5cm), terrace access.
Full bathroom, shared between bedrooms 1 and 2.
Few steps up leading to a fully equipped professional kitchen, pantry room, and guest bathroom.
Second floor
Relax room with billiards and sofa, ocean views.
bedroom 3 king size bed (193cmx203.5cm), ocean views, private oceanfront terrace, large en suite bathroom with separate tub and shower, adjoining dressing.
bedroom 4 queen size bed (152cmx203.5cm), large en suite bathroom with separate tub and shower. Bedroom and bathroom both offer ocean views.
bedroom 5 queen size bed (152cmx203.5cm), terrace access. New, dedicated full bathroom directly across hall.
Just a few steps from the first floor there is a spacious loft, offering:
bedroom 6 spacious loft with queen size bed (152cmx203.5cm), 2 sofas (convertible to double beds, 134.5cmx190.5cm). En suite bathroom with shower. The loft can accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably. Perfect for teenagers or children, but can also be used by an adult couple (and not utilizing the sofa beds).

The pool house sleeps 2/4 is located on the lower pool level:
bedroom 7 with king size bed (193cmx203.5cm), with sea view. En suite bathroom with separate tub and shower, sofa (convertible into a double bed, 134.5cmx190.5cm)

The tower sleeps 2 is located outside of the main villa.
bedroom 8 with queen size bed (152cmx203.5cm), with fireplace and sofa seating. Bathroom on lower level (access via spiral staircase)

The beach house sleeps 2 is located 170 steps from pool area.
bedroom 9 double bed (134.5cmx190.5cm), en suite newly renovated bathroom with shower and tub. Private terrace, breakfast kitchen, private ocean view terrace.

Outdoor
4.000 m of terraced gardens, irregular-shaped swimming pool, massage room close to the pool area, organic garden, pizza oven and lovely covered outdoor dining area suitable for 24 people. Fountain with fish.

The villa is fully staffed villa. Guests are not permitted to use the kitchen oven or stove top. Non smoking villa. Children under 12 years old allowed by signing a responsibility form.
Private direct access to the sea (200 steps). Max 10 min walk from the villa to the main road.
