The domotic accesses will allow you to access, in safety and tranquillity, easily passing from a swim in the pool, or a session in the sauna, to a dip in the sea without having to carry anything with you.
Reaching the centre of Gallipoli is easy, you can decide to get there on foot or by bicycle (not provided) and a parking space is available at the back of the villa.

Included in the price, Wi-Fi internet with optical fibre (good for smart working), electricity consumption, air conditioning, final and intermediate cleaning and mid-week linen change of towels and sheets.

Panoramic terrace overlooking the Green Bay of Gallipoli with sea view and infinity pool with massage jets (2.5x4x0.90) as well as available on request with heated water and for an extra fee. The large terrace with a precious plank floor is furnished with sun loungers and tables with shading to spend fabulous sunsets.

Interiors

After crossing the garden gate, with an electric opening, to reach the living area you will have to climb 5 steps. In fact, the living area is located on the raised ground floor. At the entrance, there is a covered veranda with the dining table.
The full-view French window hides a large living room with Amura Design seats and sofa, as well as a TV, comfortable to accommodate up to 12 people.
In view of the living room, you will see the kitchen with island hob, induction and gas hobs, and extractor hood.
On the back, compared to the hob, there is the sink with sink, and at your disposal the microwave, electric oven, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer and ice machine (hidden between the console shelves) dining area with crockery, cutlery and accessories, as well as a dining table that can accommodate up to 12 people.
From here you can cook the best local fish looking at the sea and being caressed by the summer sea breeze.

To reach the sleeping area from the kitchen/living room you will have two doors, one with direct access to the stairs, the other overlooking the veranda.

The second bedroom, with balcony and sea view, consists of a double bed (king size) with four pillows and a comfortable headboard, as well as bedside tables with light points, mini bar, wardrobe and Smart TV. Connected to the bedroom, you will find the bathroom, with a window, complete with a sink with a mirror, toilet, bidet and large shower.

From the first floor, it is possible to reach both the master suite and the panoramic terrace with a swimming pool.

The Master Suite, located on the second floor, is a large bedroom with full-length windows and a panoramic balcony with a sea view. The double bed (king size) of the Amura Lapis Bed collection, has a comfortable and soft velvet headboard and is positioned on a platform with a parquet to make the sea view even more exciting.

The windows have a double domotic closure to balance the entry of light into the room.
In correspondence with the windows, there is also a large sofa that can accommodate and comfortably 4 people and the Amura Design armchair with footrest and light point.
Room service is equipped with a comfortable kitchenette with induction hob, fridge with freezer and coffee machine.

Connected to the bedroom there is the bathroom for private use and equipped with a window, complete with sink, toilet, bidet and shower.

The remaining three bedrooms as well as the sauna with hammam path, are located on the lower floor, reachable from the ground floor.

The outermost room is a suite with a complete kitchenette with a dining table for 4 guests, TV and sofa, the double bed with 4 pillows and bedside tables on the sides, the large French window that allows access to the back with the seat car, the connected bathroom complete with sink, toilet, bidet and shower.

The room on the right is furnished with two single beds that can be joined together with headboard and bedside tables, a TV and a connected bathroom complete with toilet, bidet, sink and shower.

The Mini Spa, access to which is on request and requires an extra payment, consists of an emotional shower, a sink, a toilet, and a Turkish bath. It is possible to request, with an extra service, draining and detoxifying massages, masks and treatments seen on site.

The exteriors

Access to Villa Luna with an electric gate with an intercom. The property, completely fenced, is adjacent to a residential complex.

The garden, with rich Mediterranean vegetation and outdoor furniture, allows outdoor lunches, dinners and aperitifs. It is possible to park a car on the back of the rented villa.
A few minutes away you can service restaurants and bars, as well as long walks along the seafront of Gallipoli.
