This beautiful, recently renovated Villa (in AUGUST 2024) is located in the Val D’Orcia, with exceptional views of Montalcino and enjoys great privacy. Inside, the ground floor is composed of a large open space living area with wonderful arched ceilings and furnishings in perfect harmony with the environment. There is also a dining area, a lovely kitchen and a service bathroom. An iron-wooden staircase leads to the first floor where there’s a small living room with TV.
The hallway leads to 5 bedrooms all with air conditioning and private bathrooms. The sixth bedroom is located in the old barn, with an en-suite bathroom and is easily accessible from street level. Outdoor is composed of a barbecue, a wood-burning oven, and several relax areas where is possible to admire the insurmountable landscape that surrounds the property.
There is also a beautiful 5×15 swimming pool in a perfectly maintained park.
