Villa Montecatini is a luxury villa rental with pool in Tuscany, in the outskirts of worldwide famous thermal bath and spa town Montecatini Terme.

This beautiful villa is ideally located in the lovely Tuscan region of Valdinievole, off the beaten track and perfect for those seeking a relaxing holiday in the peace of unspoiled nature, yet within easy reach of the major attractions and landmarks of Tuscany:

Florence town and its Renaissance jewels are about 30 min drive away, offering art, fashion boutiques, plenty of restaurants and night life, the glamorous Tuscan Riviera, with its beaches and the lively elegant towns of Viareggio, Pietrasanta and Forte dei Marmi is about 25 min drive away, and so is the historic walled town of Lucca, the Chianti Classico area, with its unmistakable beautiful landscape of vineyards and cypress lined avenues and the unmissable town of Siena are less than 1.5 hrs drive away.

Villa Montecatini is surrounded by the privacy and peace of 7 hectars of private woodland and olive groves. It was built in the 18th century and was recently sympathetically renovated by its owners. The interior has been lovingly appointed throughout, with an elegant decor consisting of original furniture, antique doors, prints and Persian carpets and all mod cons.

Intermediate floor: above the large dining room and reached by a staircase of 9 stairs, a bedroom with 2 single beds. The bathroom is downstairs.
Yellow bedroom: double bedroom with king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi. hydromassage bath and shower, walk-in wardrobe, antique chest, chest of drawers, two armchairs with small toilette.
Green bedroom: double bedroom with king-size bed and ensuite with Jacuzzi shower, walk-in wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Pink bedroom: double bedroom with king-size bed and ensuite with Jacuzzi shower, wardrobe, chest of drawers.
All rooms have air/con, there are a billiard room and a TV room, the living area is luxurious and welcoming and boasts an antique cosy fireplace, perfect for relaxing moments with a book and a glass of red wine. The large dining area can comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests and the grounds and gardens offer plenty of shady areas for relax and al fresco dining.

Villa Montecatini is a classic family friendly Tuscan stone built villa, nestled in its own grounds and garden with panoramic swimming pool overlooking nothing but the typical Tuscan countryside of gentle hills, olive groves and chestnut and oak trees woodland . An oasis of silence and relax, ideal for family holidays, reunions and anniversaries.
The pool, 6x12mt. and depth of 1.40mt., is exclusive to the guests of the Villa. It is situated on a natural terrace a couple of metres below the villa level and has a wide view of the valley below.
It is an infinity pool with hydromassage. Under the pool there is a changing room with shower and WC.
Welcome basket of a light dinner at arrival and a continental breakfast for the first morning
