The villa offers an exclusive getaway, perfect for families or friends seeking the quintessence of Tuscany. This historic villa, dating back to the 13th century, combines rich heritage with modern luxury, accommodating up to 6 guests in 3 elegantly appointed bedrooms, each with en suite facilities.

The villa’s two levels are thoughtfully designed for comfort and style. The ground floor features two spacious dining rooms – one adorned with an antique fireplace, the other opening to a verdant garden. The double salon, boasting another fireplace, opens to a terrace with stunning sunset views. The fully-equipped kitchen, complete with a wood-burning stove, leads to a patio ideal for morning refreshments. Additionally, a convenient service bathroom is available.

Upstairs, three air-conditioned double bedrooms offer king-size beds and unique decor, blending original Biedermeier pieces with modern comforts. Bathrooms include walk-in showers, bathtubs, and even a Jacuzzi tub, ensuring a luxurious stay. A cozy retreat room provides a peaceful reading nook, with every room offering breathtaking views of the Tuscan landscape.
Expansive Outdoor Luxury
Villa Il Fico sits on an 8-hectare estate featuring landscaped gardens, olive groves, and terraces. The heart of the outdoor space is the stylish saltwater swimming pool (8 x 14 meters), open from May to September. Surrounding the pool are comfortable daybeds, loungers, and shaded areas, perfect for relaxation. The estate is secured with automated gates, and ample on-site parking is available.
Modern Amenities in a Rustic Setting
The villa boasts an array of modern amenities, including a BBQ area, laundry facilities, American-style fridge-freezer, various coffee makers, central heating, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, DVD player, iPod dock, and air conditioning. Exclusive linen, privately laundered, adds a touch of elegance.
Additional Services for a Tailored Experience
To ensure a memorable stay, we offer additional services such as arranging tours, private drivers, and maid services. The rental includes luxury bed linen, bath and pool towels (weekly change for longer stays), maid service for mid-stay cleaning (7+ nights bookings), gardener, pool attendant, and a welcome pack with local delights.

Important Information

Villa Il Fico accommodates up to 6 adults and 1 child (up to 6 years) in 3 double bedrooms.
The swimming pool is open from mid-May to the end of September (please note it is not fenced).
A damage deposit is required upon arrival, refundable at departure after property inspection, 1500 euro

Included in rental fee:

will be charged according to the current rate of our provider’s )
• maid service midweek 4 hours
• fresh flowers and fruit basket

Not included in rental fee:
• Refundable Security deposit € 1500 (cash at time of check-IN)
• Electricity bill will be metered from Check-IN to Check-OUT for digital meter reading. 0,65
cents per Kw . This will be paid in cash at the Check-OUT.
• Final cleaning fee €280 – This will be paid in cash at the Check-OUT.

• Fridge pre-stocking : €50 for a small shopping list – 150€ for a big shopping list
