Villa Salento Paradise is a luxury holiday rental in Puglia, is a private villa located in the heart of the Salento. Specially designed for those who want to discover the hustle and bustle of city life and stay in a luxury oasis with private sun, pure nature and full relaxation. Located in the heart of the picturesque Salento region, Salento Paradise is designed to reflect an ancient “Trullo” or small round house with a cone shaped roof. Surrounded by nearly 23,000 square meters of olive, fig, almond, and pomegranate trees, long stone walls ensure ultimate privacy. The family vacation estate is surrounded by farms which produce the fresh ingredients used to prepare the famous Salentino cuisine. The luxury villa sits only 15 km. from the Adriatic coast, 30 minutes from the Ionic coast, and 20 minutes from Greek island ferry service at Brindisi. Salento Paradise is an ancient ‘trullo’ restored to truly unique form. Trullos are small beehive houses with conical roof which are typical to this region and Salento Paradise is composed by 11 such coned accommodation, all beautifully and elegantly designed. With a stunning pool, gorgeous courtyards and set in an extensive oasis of olive, walnut & fruit trees 130m above sea level, Salento Paradise is also blessed with stunning coastal views. The striking architecture features 11 cone-topped structures. Interiors are modern in design and the villa provides all contemporary conveniences. Two stone courtyards on each side of the villa are furnished for lounging and sunning. The blue mosaic-tiled swimming pool is surrounded by ample decking which is also furnished with lounge chairs and brick couches. There are two outdoor showers poolside. One side of the pool area is shaded by a jasmine covered pergola. Nearby is a gazebo with an al fresco kitchen, bar and dining area. The interior of Salento Paradise hosts two additional kitchens and three living areas. Hosting up to eight guests, there are four double bedroom suites and three full bathrooms. Air conditioning and heating can be area controlled, and the villa provides WiFi internet, satellite television, and interior and exterior hi-fi stereo. A wide variety of additional services, including a private chef, are available on request. During your vacation in Italy you can discover the Alimini Lakes, on the Adriatic coast, and Porto Selvaggio, on the Ionic coast. Some of the most renowned locations in Salento for summer holidays (from May/June to September) are: Ostuni, Oria, Ugento, Manduria, Porto Cesareo, Gallipoli, Torre dell’Orso, Otranto, Santa Maria di Leuca, Lizzano, Pulsano, Santa Cesarea Terme. service in villa for daily lunch or dinner € 400 per day (+ additional cost for set

driver and any service or item that isn’t expressly indicated as included in
inclusions. Pets allowed at the price of €100 per week.

MINIMUM STAY Minimum 7 nights of rental in peak season and 5 nights in mid/high seasons.
CHECK IN CHECK OUT Weeks begin Saturday 17:00 and ends Saturday at 10:00; We can also accept
booking starting in other days (Example: Friday, Wednesday, Thuesday, etc).
If arrival later than 20.00 need to make specific arrangements.

POLICY The swimming pool is open for guest’s private use in the warmer months, from
April to October. Guests are welcome to swim and use the pool area but do so at
their own exclusive risk. Please be aware that there is no fence surrounding the
pool and therefore we require children using the pool area to be supervised.
Smoking inside the villa is forbidden.
