Villa Sugheraia

Villa Sugheraiahe is a luxuty villa to rent walking distance from the beach.
The villa was completely renovated in 2014, consists of a main building and two dependance.

The main building has three floors: the ground floor with kitchen, dining room, a large and bright living room, study, bathroom, laundry room and a room for the staff. The first floor has four bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. The attic has a bedroom with bathroom and walk-in closet. Bedrooms are air-conditioned.

The small dependance has a bedroom and walk-in closet. It is the perfect room for the staff or for friends visiting you. The second annex has been completely renovated in 2018 and, apart from the technical premises, it has a large TV room, a bedroom, bathroom and walk-in closet.

Villa Sugheraia’s distinctive touch is wrought iron. The patio’s furnishings are all made of this material, as well as some of the four-poster beds in the bedrooms and other numerous details.
The villa is surrounded by a 5000-square-meter garden overlooking the sea. Big cork oaks protect the villa from the sun and the wind.

Guests can use the available electric golf cart to reach the seaside through a 700-meter dirt road. On the beach, you will find a roofed bathing hut and deck chairs. Beach clubs with facilities La Dogana and La Macchia are within short distance and can be reached by foot or by car.
