VILLA VENTO is placed among the green landscape of Tuscany, walking distance to Cortona.

The villa with respect to tradition, has classic Roman steps and is surrounded by a large lawn/terrace with stunning view over the Val di Chiana. There is a contemporary and infinity pool with a never-ending view over Mount Sant’Egidio and the incredible Monastery of the Capuchins. Villa Vento is just a few steps from the Chiesa Monumentale di Santa Maria Nuova and Cortona’s Old Town, which can be reached in a few moments on a scenic walk.
The Villa has 4 rooms with bath, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast room and lounge area and living room.

The spacious and comfortable rooms are completely focused on the theme of well-being;

SCIROCCO SUITE
Room with a comfortable direct access to the panoramic terrace , with private garden furniture, characterized by the elegant wood in the bathroom, enjoy a beautiful view of the center of Cortona and is equipped with an inner TURKISH BATH for two persons, a rainshower with color therapy and comfortable bathtub.
There is also free: air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, toiletries, complimentary drinks set and cellar / fridge.
MAESTRALE SUITE
The House enjoys a superb area overlooking the pool and mountain Cortonese , this is the most intimate bedroom, characterized by the use of glass and wood, with shower bath and color therapy, enjoys a privileged exposure that guarantees the freshness even in summer.
Air conditioning, toiletries, free Wi-Fi, set and drinks compliment cellar / minibar complete the amenities of the room.
PONENTE SUITE
Large bedroom with a desk area and the bathroom with a large shower and Jacuzzi room specially designed to Whirlpool.
Air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, free Wi-Fi, complimentary drinks set and cellar / minibar complete the amenities in rooms.
LEVANTE SUITE
Great room size with views over the Val di Chiana and the beautiful Church of Santa Maria Nuova.
Equipped with reading area, shower and Jacuzzi suggestive alcove with Bath hydro, where you can fully enjoy the magic of water massage and aromatherapy.
To complete the facilities include air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, free Wi-Fi, complimentary drinks September cellar / fridge.

● “Comfort and Wellness” set (Bath towels, pool towels, face towels, hand soap,
shampoo, shower gel)
● Welcome grocery (vegetable & fruit basket, milk, water, soft drinks, american coffee,
espresso pods, sugar, salt, pepper, 10 rolls of toilet paper, 1 package of paper napkins, 1
roll of paper towel, 1 roll of baking paper, tinfoil and clingwrap)
● Weekly l inen and towels change – for two weeks stays or multiple (21, 28 days and so
on)
● Pool cleaning
Extra charges (not commissionable):
● Final cleaning (mandatory): Euro 300
● Heating (if needed): weekly charge – Euro 300 for the villa, Euro 100 for Orangerie;
Euro 400 for Villa + Orangerie
● City tax: Euro 2 per person per day for the first 4 days (from 12 years old on)
● Tuscan Cooking classes/Gourmet Cooking classes: service to be booked in
advance; prices from 80 Euro per person;
● In Villa private dining services: lunch and dinner – to be booked in advance; prices
from 40 Euro per person (service, menu, kitchen cleaning included, beverage
excluded but of course can be provided)
● Tasting menus or a la carte meals at our on Gourmet Restaurant Organika on
property (Reservation recommended)
● Dedicated concierge service : Euro 300 per week
● Extra cleaning: Euro 30/h per housekeeper
● Babysitting service: Euro 30/h

● Security deposit: €500 euro for the Villa
In villa dining policy:
● Cooking classes and chef in villa services can be organized through the owner/key
holder but for insurance reasons guests are not allowed to bring external chef services
to the villas
