VIlla Caplabio is a modern property well located in Maremma, a region of southern Tuscany, from where you can start to explore all the area with many interesting place to visits at a shortest distances: Capalbio with its medieval town, Argentario with its rocky coast and the exclusive Porto Ercole and Porto Santo Stefano both at 20 min by car (from Porto Santo Stefano you can leave for Isola del GIglio daily excursion), the beaches are at 10 min by car.

The main house is composed by three floors, the ground floor consists of kitchen, dining room, living room, study, bathroom, laundry and maid’s room; the first floor consists of four bedrooms with bathroom and closet; the attic floor consists of one bedroom, one bathroom and a dressing room. The outbuilding has a bedroom with bathroom and dressing room. Designed in 2010, this annex is equipped with satellite TV and internet connection. It is possible to have dedicated staff on site for the housekeeping. Fiumicino airport is just about 100 km away (one hour by car), Grosseto airport 50 km away, the marinas of Cala Galera and Porto Santo Stefano are 25 km away. The beach is at only 500 mt. far from the villa, a pleasant walk.
